Shipping speeds and pricing

Our products will need 2-5 days to be created, depending on the quantity of orders. Usually 97.66% of orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. This has to be added to the shipping time, listed in the chart below.

What if the recipient's address was wrong?

If the recipient's address was wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to the return address. 

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by your end customer. You will receive notice once the order arrives back to our facility. In this case you can send us an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by your customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided.

Payment methods

We use Paypal secured payments for safer check-out. All transactions are secure and encrypted. You don't need to have a Paypal account to buy from our store. After clicking "Complete order", you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase securely with your card, debt card or preferred payment method.
